Since 1989 Kramer & Company has been providing high quality historic preservation services to a wide range of private, corporate and public clients throughout Oregon and northern California. We work to help revitalize communities through the documentation, restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings, or through the design of compatible infill projects that create dynamic and vibrant places that people enjoy, patronize and appreciate.
Medford approved its new deisgn standards for paint, roofing and historic signage in mid-December of last year. New Construction Guidelines for that city's downtown core were presented to Council in April and should be adopted in early June.
We will begin the first step in a multi-year planning project for the Bonneville Power Administration in May.
