Built of Ashland granite in 1927, the pungent taste of Lithia Water was a Plaza staple until June 2006 when vandalism shut it down.  We are planning a full restoration, including new bowls and plumbing that will withstand the highly mineralized water....and the vandals!
Built in 1908 as the third school on BIgham Knoll, overlooking Jacksonville's NHL District, this fine brick school lost its bell tower in 1959 and sold when the district consolidated with Medford.  After a period of private school use, it was purchased by new owners and is being restored as corporate offices, a German restaurant and otehr uses.  The new bell tower went up in February.
In February, BPA hired us to begin the process of assessing their 15,000 mile transmission system that serves the entire Pacific Northwest.  Among the most significant Federal investments in this region, BPA has played a major role in the development of communities and industry in four states.  We're just starting to understand how significant their role has been.
